30-Day Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at info@outlet4pets.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Pet hair, odors, or signs of use will void the return
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
- Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your email.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, we cover all return shipping expenses.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, or product, let us know when requesting your return. We'll hold the replacement item and ship it once we receive your return. If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us immediately at info@outlet4pets.com. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to follow the standard return process once you receive it.
