Free Shipping on All Orders
Outlet 4 Pets offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement — every order ships free.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3-5 business days after processing
- Delivery to East Coast: Typically 2-3 business days
- Delivery to West Coast: Typically 4-5 business days
- Delivery to Rural Areas: May take an additional 1-2 business days
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are working on expanding to Canada and other international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using our Track Order page or directly through the carrier's website. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours of shipment.
Large Items
Oversized items such as large dog crates and cat trees may ship via freight carrier. These deliveries may require an additional 2-3 business days for processing and may take 5-7 business days for delivery. You'll be notified if your order requires freight shipping.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of order. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@outlet4pets.com before the order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely). If still missing, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
